ZOOMLINE is a professional Asphalt Mixing Plant manufacturer and exporter. We have our own R&D team. The above Stationary Asphalt Plant has been installed in Surin, Thailand from the date June 14 to July 16, 2016. Its capacity is 160 tons per hour. Its finished products can reach 140-180 ℃ (adjustable). It can meet the client’s different requirement of highway construction.
ZOOMELINE 160t/h Asphalt Plant adopts bag house dust filter, coal burner, electrical heating bitumen tank, automatic lubrication system for the three main parts: Mixer, Drum Dryer, Vibrating Screen.
Cold Aggregate Feeding System—— This system includes 5 feeding hoppers. Aggregate gathering belt conveyor, middle screen, inclined belt conveyor. Frequency control reducer. 2 small vibrating motor.
Drying System—— It mainly includes T160 drum dryer, MFR200 coal burner, two pulverized coal machine, coal supplying hoppers, and ignition system. The burner can supply enough coal powder for the drum dryer. and it can easily to start the fire by the ignition system. ZOOMELINE coal burner is high efficiency, energy saving, the plant with coal burner can highly reduce the production cost. T160 Drum Dryer is driving by 4x17.5KW motors, it adopt frication transmission. It makes it can run smoothly and strongly.
Mixing Tower Assembly—— It includes the hot aggregate elevator, vibration screen, hot aggregate temporary storage, aggregate weighing hopper, filler weighing hopper, bitumen weighing hopper. Asphalt Mixer. The aggregate weighing: precise gradation 0.5 % (Dynamic); filler weighing: precise gradation 0.5 % (Dynamic); the bitumen weighing: precise gradation 0.25 % (Dynamic). All the weighing sensors we used is METTLER TOLEDO famous brand. It is very accuracy. The elevator has a direction setting anti-reversal device, to keep it safe. The vibration screen adopts SKF bearing which is durable in use. We can supply the different size screens according to the customer local request. The hot aggregate storage silo has 4 bins, each bins has two level indicators.
Dust Filter System—— It includes primary dust filter(cyclone dust collector)+bag house dust filter, draught fan. The model of the bag house is: BD700B. Filtering area: 700m2. Venting capacity:34000Em3/h(145℃).
The Draft fan: 2x55kW. It uses the NOMEX bags, US brand. It can withstand high temeperature: normal 220℃, temperature limit in shot time: 240℃. What’s more this bag house dust filter also equipped with dust humidification mixer. It makes sure the asphalt plant environmental protection anywhere.
Automatic Lubrication System—— This system is mainly for the key parts of the asphalt plant: Drying Drum, Vibration Screen, Mixer. It can automatic add the grease for those bearings. It can save much of the maintain time and labors. The system we use the LINCOLN produced by SKF Group brand.
Control System and Control Room—— The control room: 5.5m*2.2m*2.5m. the control system adopt SIEMENS PLC. Omron touch screen, other main electrical elements are SIEMENS Brand.
Pneumatic system——We adopt SIRC brand air compressor. FESTO solenoid valves and cylinders.
Bitumen Supplying and Heating System——This Asphalt Mixing Plant equipped with Three 40 tons Bitumen Tank. The bitumen tank adopts electrical heating. It is easy for operation. The insulation thickness is: 100mm.
