Asphalt concrete mixer is a key component of batch asphalt mixing plant. It's a component which has independent function of stirring dry and heated stone, liquid asphalt, powder and additive, etc according to certain gradation. Its design reasonable or not directly affect the efficiency of mixing and the quality of finished product. On the basis of further study of asphalt concrete mixing theory, after continuous exploration in practice, at present, my company design, produce two kinds of structure asphalt concrete mixer, and received good evaluation from the user. Wear parts adopt high-quality chrome molybdenum alloy cast iron, effectively guarantee the long service life of mixer, reduce the use and maintenance cost for the user.

Spring is to support screen box, and to reduce dynamic load that the screen make to base in the process of running, spring seat on the transverse is equipped with damping device (partial linear screen without damping block), limit screen device do transverse oscillation and reduce the amplitude when resonate.
