Vibrating screen

Vibrating screen is one of the core components of asphalt mixing plant, the effective maintenance and use is the guarantee of the efficient operation of a complete set of asphalt mixing station. Structural characteristics

This series of vibrating screen is consist of screen box, vibrator, spring damping device, motor drive device, dust cover five parts.

Screen box can use welding structure, also can use ring groove rivet connection frame type structure according to the customer needs, screen mesh in the box are tensed by left and right tension plate, also with back and forth tension. Left and right tension with compact structure but the replacement of screen is difficult, screen replacement of back and forth tension is easy, but height length increased slightly.

Vibrator can be divided into two kinds of forms, uniaxial and biaxial. Trajectory of uniaxial vibrating screen is circular. Trajectory of biaxial vibrating screen is rectilinear. Angle of uniaxial is 15º～20º, so screening device is high, linear screen adopt horizontal or small angle, so the screening device is relatively low.

Spring damping device is divided into primary vibration isolation, secondary vibration isolation and user can decide according to their actual need.

Working principle

Motor is connected with vibrator through triangle belt, vibrator is eccentric shaft type or eccentric block type, eccentric shaft or eccentric block produced vibration force in the process of rotation, make the screen box vibrate. Amplitude of each screen can be adjusted according to the actual situation.

Spring is to support screen box, and to reduce dynamic load that the screen make to base in the process of running, spring seat on the transverse is equipped with damping device (partial linear screen without damping block), limit screen device do transverse oscillation and reduce the amplitude when resonate.
